Post update insight: the amount of content per development time is, and I'm truly fond of this title, pathetically low. I won't deny the quality of the renders is high, but over the course of time it stopped being exceptionally high, as many new games present same or even higher quality. This makes L&P's only excuse invalid.
I am a grown-up and I know this is the deal: take it or leave it, yada yada. Sure. And I could agree this is the way things have to be, if it was not for those few devs who actually provide not only high quality, but also a reasonable quantity per development time.
Am I going to continue with this title? Absolutely. Am I gonna treat L&P seriously and pledge as much as I used to? Hell no.
Get yourself a team and become professional, for Sophia's sake!

idk why dev wan to make a whore of sophia sirsly we have to drag him to whore path .
its my top fav game but sometimes its feel like cheap whore game .

So why the hell would she go that far with this Morello dude? The simple fact that this blatant scene with Morello exists makes all the build up with other, more important characters until now seens meaningless. (This is outside the lesbian route btw)

If Sophia suddenly turned into an easy slut i can promise that a lot more people will be pissed off with the dev.
It seens to me that he is trying to appease a specific part of the fanbase that want more sexual action and are tired of the slow pace.The proof is that this updates has more sexual scenes than the others and it's such a small one too.

This path is dangerous and shouldn't be even considered an option this far into the game. I think the majority of his fanbase is satisfied enough with the slow pace and build up with less action. In my opinion, he should stick with it even with the smaller updates.

That is only your opinion, but others like it. If you have qualms with it, play another game.

I'm gonna put it bluntly, I read the synopsis. Downloaded the game, took the whole badwife route, tried to turn her into a dirty whore WITH A WALKTHROUGH and Sophia hasn't gotten laid at all.

The pacing of this VN is bullshit.

I tried this a while ago.

I realized I couldn't progress with her son without being a whore for other people for some reason.
That's not how things work.

Didn't want to go through all that again and Min/Max the Walkthrough and see scenes I wouldn't want to see.
Not into Shota to begin with.
So I binned it: and whatever interest I had left in it.

Pretty good otherwise.
The swings was a pretty good slice of life idea.
Kudos.
Would've been nice with an athletic stud (that, as a male, has already outgrown his mother by the time he was 14) behind her toosh.
And pursuing individuals without having to pursue others.

Also, I have been proven correct on smaller updates causing more complaints, people don't want faster updates via smaller updates, they want the same sized updates faster. That decision never made any sense to me at all.

I enjoy AWAM and been a big defender of this but the wheels are starting to come off on this now, focus on Sophia's relationship with Dylan and his friend circle and Ellie and her friends circle. To hell with anything else, I suspect it all designed to corrupt Sophia into eventually having sex with someone not named Liam, but come on L&P pull the ripcord on all the unnecessary side stories, its dragging AWAM down.

  • February update: Sophia relationship with Dylan or someone in his circle (Sam, Zach or Aiden)
  • May Update: Sophia relationship with Ellie or someone in her circle (I actually forget her friend's names right now but lesbian side)
  • August Update: Sophia relationship with Dylan or someone in his circle (Sam, Zach or Aiden)
  • November Update: Sophia relationship with Ellie or someone in her circle (I actually forget her friend's names right now but lesbian side)
People want above content, they don't care for the side stories nonsense, it's just slowing everything down but I defended you a lot L&P, it's time to pull the trigger and give people what they want. People want to see a direct follow-up to what they seen in a previous update in next update, keeping people waiting for a year on things is just going harm you in the long run and eventually people like me who defend AWAM will stop defending you.

i agree 100% which is way i laughed my ass off when this update finally came out, everyone was so excited and hyped up
thinking LP was going to give them something really great but as usual in LP style he didnt give a damn thing.
its funny as hell to sit back and read everyone's disappointments and heart breaks, just too too funny

That is probably one of the most valid criticisms that I have seen about AWAM not counting "muh blue ballllz!!!!!111"

In order to bipass that mechanic you simple need to open the console and raise the filthy points 100 manually, and if you don't know how to do that then just go to a site like saveeditonline and add the needed points. A lot of players dont' know how to do that. To solve people from getting that problem at starting a new game L&P could put a "add 100 filthy" or "add 100 good wife" menu then option to Max all character points to 100 as well.

An even more complex coding could be done to the screens menu where you click that heart up top so that if you click filthy or good it raises same with the characters on it.

Most of the events in the code (not all) are points based.

L&P has made it clear that he will not build a team.

While I agree that this update was unsatisfactory, I don't agree about the renders. Say what you will about the prison scene with Larry, but I think we should all agree that the daydream renders were gorgeous.
