Not really, given that the two NPC's in your line-up are only really earnestly interested in one girl. Axel may pretend at Cherry and Cindy but we all know he'd discard them in a heartbeat if it guaranteed him Lena.
It's more of a free for all where Lena and Ian has their picks of whatever they desire and whatever they choose not to indulge gets flung to the winds and caught up in whatever debris that happens to catch them, like Jeremy or Perry or Ivy.
I tried to control+f the walkthrough and there is none, only Ian_Lena crisis.

To me it's hot more because you get a sense that Ian and Cindy are surrendering to the sexual tension between them, whether this tension is seen as natural chemistry or born out of frustration with the current state of things.
